This October, join us for an unforgettable afternoon of conversation, creativity, and connection — a celebration of self-love, community, and the beauty of every body.
Inspired by the groundbreaking book by Sonya Renee Taylor, this dynamic panel brings together a therapist, a corporate pageant founder, a sexologist, a talk show host, and a holistic wellness engineer. Together, we'll explore how body shame impacts our lives and how radical self-love can transform the way we see and live in our bodies. Expect a powerful conversation that challenges old narratives and uplifts new possibilities.
In this creative and liberating workshop, participants will use clay to sculpt unique “portraits” of their pum pums. Along the way, you’ll receive gentle education on the natural variations in vulvas and breasts, affirming that beauty exists in every shape, fold, and form. This playful yet powerful practice is about reclaiming the body as art and celebrating our diversity.
This intimate exercise invites you to look into your reflection and name what you see with compassion and truth. It’s a moment of honesty, healing, and deep connection with yourself. Through this mirror work, participants will begin to shift how they view their bodies — from criticism to appreciation, from shame to love.
