This gathering is about learning to trust what you feel, listen to what your body has been saying, and reclaim the sacred intelligence that guides your boundaries, choices, pleasure, and self-honor.

💖 WHAT'S IN STORE:

🎤 Main Discussion: Reclaiming the Wisdom Below the Waist — An empowering conversation exploring the deep knowing women carry in their bodies. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to reconnect with the wisdom below the waist, recognize the ways we’ve been taught to override ourselves, and begin reclaiming trust in our inner voice, intuition, and embodied truth.

🎨 Creative Experience: Reclaim & Release Collage — A transformative collage experience where you’ll visually explore what you are ready to release and what you are reclaiming. Through images, words, and intention, you’ll create a personal declaration of self-trust, inner power, and the truths you are now choosing to honor.

🚶🏽‍♀️ Movement Activity: The Boundary Walk — A guided embodiment practice designed to help you feel your boundaries, self-trust, and inner authority in motion. Through intentional movement and reflection, you’ll explore what it feels like to stand in your no, walk in your yes, and move through the world with greater clarity, confidence, and self-possession.

Inner Knowing: Trust your body. Honor your truth. Reclaim your power.

This April, join us for an unforgettable afternoon of conversation, creativity, movement, and connection as we gather in community to celebrate the wisdom, power, and inner knowing of the pum pum.

Creative Reflection Activity

The Boundary Walk

Embodiment Activity

In this empowering and thought-provoking talk, we’ll explore the deep wisdom women carry in their bodies and the ways that inner knowing is often silenced, questioned, or overridden. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to reconnect with the intelligence below the waist, trust the signals of the body, and honor the truth that has been speaking all along. This conversation invites participants to reclaim self-trust, deepen body awareness, and recognize their inner knowing as a source of power, guidance, and self-honor.

In this creative and transformative workshop, participants will create a personal collage centered on two powerful questions: What am I ready to release, and what am I ready to reclaim? Using words, images, and intention, each woman will craft a visual declaration of the beliefs, patterns, and pressures she is letting go of, alongside the truth, trust, power, and self-honor she is calling back to herself. This reflective art experience offers a meaningful opportunity to make inner shifts visible and leave with a tangible reminder of what you are choosing now.

In this guided movement experience, participants will explore what it feels like to embody self-trust, clarity, and inner authority through the simple but powerful act of moving with intention. Through prompts, posture, and reflective walking, women will be invited to notice how boundaries live in the body, how confidence changes the way we take up space, and what it feels like to walk in alignment with one’s yes, no, and knowing. This grounding and empowering practice is designed to help participants connect with their bodies in a deeper way and leave feeling more rooted, clear, and self-possessed.
